Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Grace pieces. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help.

• You may request an exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
• Upon delivery, you are welcome to inspect your order while the courier waits. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately.
• Please note that return or exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• To ensure fairness to all our customers, we unfortunately cannot send two sizes of the same item for comparison.
